Considering the changeable weather of "magic Capital", the construction site of the group is Yu Jinxiang Hotel in Qingpu National Convention and Exhibition Center. At 2 o 'clock in the afternoon, the students gathered and were randomly divided into 3 groups. After brainstorming, they decided their team name, team leader, team uniform and slogan, the activity officially started.

This activity aims to break down the sense of distance between teams, make team members more familiar with each other in a short period of time, mobilize everyone's enthusiasm and activity enthusiasm, and form a team atmosphere.

Rush 60 seconds: This is a multiplayer game that combines sport and gaming into one and is exciting. Members of the team are required to pick up 30 cards from the designated area (from smallest to largest) within 60 seconds and hand them to the trainer as required. This activity aims to cultivate the ability of planning, organizing and coordinating, experience the ability of individual challenges, explore the creativity of the team, and experience the joy and passion of the team when they overcome difficulties together.

The coach put three pieces of paper, each one one square meter in size, on the ground. All the players were required to pull the end of the rope and not touch the writing brush. They were required to complete the assigned writing task according to the requirements. This project looks difficult, but it is also a bit difficult in practice!

Just like the movie "Animal World", each partner had to take 6 cards (2 for each rock, paper, scissors) and 3 stars to play poker with other group members. To be honest, my brain was on the brink of collapse just after listening to the rules, but with the help of my teammates, I understood the real meaning behind the game: Victory is never free, only careful observation, logical thinking and thinking ability to do the real winner.

Different from the previous outward bound training, this group building activity gave each partner a chance to give full play to their creativity and enhanced the teamwork ability and cohesion among the team.
